Financial Business Analyst

 

Our fast growing company in payment software industry, looking for a Financial Business Analyst to be
based in the Limassol office.

Summary:

The Finance Business Analyst will work under the supervision of the CFO to support the organization’s,
activities and projects. The Finance Business Analyst role will include administrative, financial, and
operational tasks in support of a portfolio of projects and organization-wide activities. This role requires
an independent and motivated professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidate will:

  • Take responsibility to support Management in processes, including KPI development, task
    requests as CRM and payment solution integrations.
  • Take ownership to introduce new payment solutions to our clients, follow up, analyze and
    reconciliate the outcome;
  • Provide tools for a standardized way of working within Business Control;
  • Participate in the processes of optimization of internal business processes;
  • Developing and updating applicable internal procedures;
  • Identify potential risks in the process and propose solutions/improvements/streamlining;
  • IT experience;

Qualifications and Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration and 1-2 years of relevant experience;
  • Knowledge and skills in Finance, CRM and Business Analytics;
  • Very good knowledge of English is a must-have;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office mainly Excel;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Analytical, planning and organizational skills;
  • Highly organized and detail oriented;
