Praxis is continuing to turn up the summer heat when it comes to offering
the best payment solutions to increase revenue for your business.

After a busy month of meetings and new connections in June, we want to extend a huge thank you to those who joined us in Cyprus for the iFX Expo. It is always a pleasure to connect with our clients as well as those who may be new to Praxis, we hope you enjoyed the event as much as we did.

If you want to understand the reason for a specific decline, be sure to open the customer’s personal Message Log.

  • Bring up the client via their PIN, then select the Message Log button.
    Alternatively, go to Reports -> Message log, then enter the client’s PIN in the search box.
  • Select date range and click search.You will then see all relevant data for that customer, including Trace IDs and their decline reasons.

This will show all history, including if certain transactions were sent to PreAuth for example, and provides more info than displayed in a general transaction search.

All important information is at your fingertips and referring to the Message Log can save you valuable time when reviewing transactions using Praxis!

Helpful Reminders:

Please always provide the clients PIN and Trace ID when requesting assistance with a queried transaction.
Always send support requests via the ticket system email and NOT by Skype, as these always take priority when receiving attention and assistance.
