If you want to understand the reason for a specific decline, be sure to open the customer’s personal Message Log.
This will show all history, including if certain transactions were sent to PreAuth for example, and provides more info than displayed in a general transaction search.
All important information is at your fingertips and referring to the Message Log can save you valuable time when reviewing transactions using Praxis!
||Please always provide the clients PIN and Trace ID when requesting assistance with a queried transaction.|
||Always send support requests via the ticket system email and NOT by Skype, as these always take priority when receiving attention and assistance.|
