It was great to see everyone at the Finance Magnates and Sigma iGaming expos last month.

Moving forward we are excited to end this year and welcome 2020 with both our new and existing clients.

Watch out for your deposits:
Every deposit that is made through the cashier is tracked in the back office.
if you cannot find it try the following:

  • CCReview - If you feel that a deposit has wrongfully been directed to CCReview and the transaction has been blocked please review your set BIN Rules and/or re confirm your clients issuing bank card?
  • PreAuth - Remember to check your transactions on a regular basis to identify any instances where clients are directed to PreAuth and clients have missed a chance to deposit.Check the following to avoid this...
    Are BIN Rules set correctly?
    Did you remember to add a Replay processor?
    Did you Review each processor's set deposit limits?

Feature of the Month: Deposit News Marquee

Use our useful deposit news Marquee tool to inform and update your clients with up and coming events.
For example, a reminder for the months N.F.P.('Non Farm Payroll')! And even wishing clients season's greetings...!

You can find this setting within: ADMIN > Front End Options > Search 'Deposit News Marquee'
Please write your chosen message within the html tags as seen within the image.

Helpful Reminders:

  • If you did not receive a case number (ticket number) after sending an email to support, it most probably means that we did not receive it. Please resend again.
  • Migration to API version 1.1 - Make sure to inform your technical staff and schedule the necessary activities to take place before Thursday, January 16th.
    The final discontinuation date of version 1.0, 0.24 and lower will be Monday, February 3rd, 2020.
  • During the holiday season Praxis will still provide you with high quality levels of support as per usual.
