How to edit the content and style of customer emails instantaneously?

We hope you are having an abundant start to November and the fall season. We wanted to share some exciting updates at Praxis Cashier!


Last month we had our highly anticipated software release! This release improved our current features and added a variety of new and easy to use back office features for your team.
We are now integrated with several new platform providers and PSPs making our cashier the most sought out tool in the industry


One of our most exciting new features is our email template editor! You can now edit the content and style of customer emails in the back office of Praxis instantaneously. Edit content, text style, images, and the data variables you wish to include at the click of a button! You have the option to create a different template for each currency, as well as in several preloaded languages.


  • Simply go to Admin – Email – Template Editor to check out all the options.
  • Create, edit and customize the template to your liking.
  • Click “Preview” to see a final draft of what will appear to your customers.
  • Click “Save” to apply the changes immediately.

Helpful Reminders:

We hope you have noticed the changes to our BIN rules feature. Feel free to consolidate BIN rules as you now have the option to create a single rule for one country for ANY card type and ANY issuer status.
Remember to always utilize your Admin – Front End Options settings for your brand. You are able to adjust and change a variety of important settings under Admin – Front End Options including whitelisting of IPs, editing what info your customers can edit in their account, and MUCH more!
