Before sending queries for ‘Pending state’ transactions. Please attempt an ‘Update of State’ as well as adding the processing company in question to the email.For assistance as to how this is performed please contact Support. Process: How to create a User in your Praxis Backoffice.To create and assign a new user:Select: Admin > Security > User Permissions > Type the name of the new user (For example in following format: ‘Brand Prefix’_JohnS)and select the Group the user should be a part of (In ‘Group name’ drop down).Remember to click ‘Update Permissions’ and repeat this process for each front end.IMPORTANT: Send your newly created username to our support for us to generate this user’s new password.
Live chat is now accessible from your cashier.
How does it works?
Choose which instances you would like to generate the chat for clients. Once enabled,
a chat dialogue box will pop up allowing assistance to be provided by your support teams, using your existing chat interface and support team set up!
To set this go to:
Admin > Front End Options > Select Option ‘Live Chat Automatically Opens on’ > select desired settings > Update Option Setting.
