Another busy month has passed. It was great to meet everyone at the ‘London Summit‘ in November and we would like to also thank you all for the amazing interest shown in Praxis during ‘SiGMA iGaming Malta‘. Its official! Praxis has now expanded into the gaming industry!
Next stop the ‘iFXEXPO ASIA‘ in Hong Kong.
Visit us at booth #21 during the event and please do get in touch now to arrange a meeting to find out how we can help both existing and new businesses move on into 2019 even more profitable than ever before!

  • We now accept MIR card! An addition of a new credit card type ‘Mir’ from Russia. Be sure to check on this supported Payment Method for your credit card processing accountsthat support Mir, then just add to your existing processor setups! Found under: Admin > Card Processors. Select for MIR to appear in your Praxis cashier.
  • iFXEXPO ASIA January 22nd-24th 2019. Visit us (Booth #21) or simply contact us today to arrange a meeting. We would love to meet both new and existing clients to demonstrate new features, integrations, and updates where Praxis can help your business grow!

A new ‘Un-link from Last Processor Rule‘ has been added which can be set for a processor within a BIN Rule.
If set to Yes, then this will prevent the automatic selection of that processor (‘Sticky Processor’) in the BIN Rule based on the Last
Processor used for that Customer/Card number combination.
You can use this if you want to reduce the volume of transactions reaching a certain processor.
This can be useful to help re-balance credit card processing volumes without making drastic changes to your rules.

When creating and editing your specific BIN rules switch ‘Un-Link from Last Processor Rule’ to ‘YES’.

Once saving you will see the Un-Link icon within that set PSP rule showing that this has been set.

Helpful Reminders:

  • Do not remove the Praxis Office IP from the ‘Front End Options IP Whitelists’.
  • Please always have ‘PreAuth’ set as your default Processor for each supported card brand, within Admin > Card Processors.
This will help avoid unnecessary errors.

As always, we wish you a busy and profitable month ahead!
