UPDATES:

  • Want to meet us in London? Book Now! We will be at the London Finance Magnets Summit in November!
  • More flexibility and ease has arrived for your back office searches! When attempting to locate a customer or transaction, searches are now automatically generated Globally across all Front Ends. Now searching for a ‘PIN‘ or ‘TraceID‘ is quicker and more efficient.

Feature of the Month: NEW Shopping Cart

We have now fully integrated and support your website’s shopping cart!
Clients now have the ability to add purchases to their shopping cart. When ready to complete checkout, the grand total is passed to Praxis Cashier to complete the transaction.

How to enable this great new feature ?

  • Navigate to Admin > Front End Settings > Use Shopping Cart Interface > switch to ‘YES’
  • Click “Update Settings”.
  • The Cashier is then set to load, referencing a Shopping Cart OrderID and fixed order amount.
  • Click ‘OK’ to save

Helpful Reminders:

  • Support requests should always be sent from a company email address for verification and security purposes.
  • If you need to change the account currency of a customer, be sure to fully log out and back in (and refresh)
    the CRM and Praxis before you deposit as to not create account duplications
